Bioindustry is an expanding sector for the future and is subject to constant innovative applications through scientific and technological research. The Envi Grow Park is an ideal site, for example, for large modern greenhouses and for the production of green covers (sod turf), growth media and bio-fertilisers. Further business potential can be found in the production of biogas and biodiesel for use as transport fuel, in utilisation of carbon dioxide separated from biogas, in industrial aquaculture using bioenergy and the innovative utilisation of the by-products from the food industry.
